Hey there sustainable food advocates – I was incredibly happy and proud to be among leading experts volunteering time on 28th May, to provide Carbon Literacy Training tailored for community NGOs. Among the circa 40 course participants were people with a refugee background. All of the participants get the chance for fresh and transferable skills in sustainability so they can be change-makers of the future in the food service and hospitality sectors!
